CHARACTERISTIC
Superplast 300 is a new concept of prehardened steel for plastic injection molds. It provides an easier and more reliable machinabily than conventional plastic mold steels (P20 or 2311).

APPLICATION
High class plastic mold, good for plastic injection mold of both thick and thin sections, suitable for plastic extrusion die etc.

APPLICATION
Superplast®HPplus is designed for the manufacturing of plastic mold cavities. It is especially suited for mold with high polishing requirements and plastic molding process involving high wear of molds (glass fibre plastic / long series). It can also be used for engineering components, wear parts, forming tools.

K2083 is a martensitic stainless steel with a high hardenabilty (good wear resistance) excellent resistance to cold atmosheric corrosion good resistance to hot oxidation (around 600oC) good polishability and stability in hardening 

APPLICATION
High class plastic mold, especially for moulding of corrosive materials, e.q. PVC,acetates and for moulds subjected to humid working conditions and high surface finish such as camera and optical part.
