Simply put, the sluice gate acts like a dam.<\/p><p>There are many types of steel grades that are popular in the construction of sluice gates, depending on the application and the standard required. The drain gate is made of cast iron, ductile steel. Here we introduce the so-called cor-ten grade corrosion resistant steel and ABS grade high tensile steel grade EH36, S355, SM490A.<\/p><p>Cor-ten steel is steel with high corrosion resistance with a reddish-brown color or rust color caused by the formation of rust on the steel surface. This prevents corrosion from entering the deep layers of steel.<\/p><p>Cor-Ten steel is useful in the manufacture of drain gates because it is strong, durable, and does not require frequent painting or maintenance, reducing maintenance costs and time.
